The Design/Build process is a way to create a single point of accountability for our clients.  In this delivery method, Mountain Town Constructors assumes the full responsibility for the project including design, programming, specification writing, project team selection, and construction.  We manage the architect, their consultants, permitting, the construction team, commissioning, and anything else required to deliver a project turn-key from concept to handover.
