Mike Cartner

Co-Founder and President

Mike has been in the construction industry for 28 years. Spending his first decade in the high-rise glass and glazing industry, he then moved on to become a commercial contractor. After 11 years of impressive growth, Mike made a successful exit from his construction company. Following that transition, the Cartner family sold everything and spent a year traveling in their RV. Landing in Summit County in November of 2021, with plans to stay for 30 days, Mike’s family quickly fell in love with the community, so they decided to put down roots. During the past 2 years of living here, their love for the community has only grown.

Mike has been married to his wife Anna for 20 years. Anna owns Claudine Wines and is a member of Women of the Summit. Their daughter, Lauren, plays for the Summit Rugby team and attends The Peak School in Frisco.
